Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify data into various company databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of precision.
- Review source documents for errors, ensuring all data is complete and accurate before processing.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Perform regular audits of data entries to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily data processing targets and deadlines.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and data formatting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is a plus.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
