Your Role
As a Temp Specialist, you will be the face of our partner companies, ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strict 99.9% accuracy requirement.
- Maintain and update client databases and physical filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating internal logistics.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and productivity goals.
- Provide general administrative support as needed for project completion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service or data entry is preferred.
