Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a professional and welcoming tone at all times.
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Scheduling Support: Assist in coordinating calendars, booking meetings, and preparing meeting agendas.
- Office Operations: Oversee the reception area, manage incoming mail, and handle basic office supply inventory.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service to visitors and internal staff, resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
