- Accurately and efficiently input data into company databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and specialized software.
- Review and verify all incoming data for errors, omissions, and inconsistencies before final submission.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and preparing documents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify data requirements and report issues.
- Update client records and internal logs with the highest level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience with data entry or general office administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Fast typing speed (35+ WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
