Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking events to identify qualified talent.
- Manage candidate relationships through the entire hiring lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective job descriptions.
- Conduct thorough background checks and salary negotiations to secure top talent for client placements.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of the Raleigh, NC job market and technical industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
