Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and company culture.
- Conduct market research to identify salary benchmarks and talent trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or account management.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
