Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting creation, candidate outreach, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and build effective job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future openings.
- Conduct background checks and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
