Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for clients across Healthcare, Technology, and Finance sectors.
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, and job boards.
- Conducting comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet urgent client demands.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Providing exceptional candidate and client service throughout the entire hiring process.
- Managing administrative duties related to contracts, onboarding, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or high-volume sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment and revenue targets.
- Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
