Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding.
- Source and engage passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market compensation.
- Manage client relationships and provide market intelligence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
