Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify, screen, and engage high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Interview & Assessment: Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and soft skills.
- Placement & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end placement process, including offer negotiation, contract management, and onboarding support for temporary and permanent hires.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in the Colorado Springs area to stay ahead of the competition and advise clients on salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, or customer service is preferred; fresh graduates with high drive are also considered.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn or Greenhouse.
- Organization: Ability to manage a high volume of candidates and clients simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Drive: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a hunger for success in a commission-based environment.
