Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening technical candidates for Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT positions.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking and social sourcing.
- Conducting in-depth technical and behavioral interviews.
- Negotiating salary and contract terms with clients and candidates.
- Collaborating with account managers to understand client needs and market trends.
- Staying current with industry trends to advise candidates on salary expectations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets and hit KPIs.
- Ability to work flexible hours and meet tight deadlines.
