Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for temporary and permanent placements.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and internal networking.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive compensation data.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and placement targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition (entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or iCIMS.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and hit aggressive KPIs.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and networking events.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
