Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews with prospective job candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize social media platforms and job boards to source talent.
- Assist senior recruiters with onboarding and client relationship management.
- Update candidate data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Research industry trends to better understand client needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
