Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical positions across various industries.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and pipeline activities daily.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (technical recruitment experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for professional growth and development.
