Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data, Cybersecurity).
- Talent Acquisition: Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring a perfect fit for culture and technical skills.
- Client Relations: Manage relationships with hiring managers, understand their technical requirements, and provide market insights.
- Process Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the Charlotte market.
- Placement Success: Close placements effectively, negotiating offers and ensuring retention of both the candidate and the client.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in staffing agency or corporate technical recruiting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quota targets.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skills assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence candidates and clients.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
