Responsibilities
- Screen and interview qualified candidates to match them with open positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and talent pools.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
