Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Execute proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients at top-tier technology firms.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights and salary benchmarking data.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a world-class candidate experience through timely communication and transparent feedback.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary data, and emerging technologies to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Account Manager within a staffing or recruitment agency.
- Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with languages/technologies (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, React) is highly preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to San Jose, CA.
- Drive: High level of motivation and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
