Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: From sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and making job offers.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide top-tier talent.
- Administrative Excellence: Coordinate interview schedules, prepare offer letters, and manage candidate onboarding paperwork efficiently.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to ensure our salary benchmarks and agency services remain competitive in the San Francisco market.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and ATS records.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or staffing is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
