Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting processes for technical and administrative roles within our staffing portfolio.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for key client accounts.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client requirements and market trends.
- Conduct salary negotiations and facilitate the offer process.
- Manage candidate relationships through the hiring lifecycle with a high degree of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, staffing, or executive search.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in the IT, Engineering, or Healthcare sectors.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
