Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment for technical and professional roles, from requisition to onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market positioning.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure successful placements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates in the Louisville area.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong understanding of the Louisville, KY job market and technical skill sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed monthly placement and sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented agency environment.
