Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening of incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Manage and update job postings on various job boards and our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, cold calling, and social media outreach.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new temporary and contract placements to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building and problem-solving.
