Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary and part-time positions across various industries
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Manage candidate pipeline through our ATS system, ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and provide ongoing support during assignments
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new staffing opportunities and expand client partnerships
- Monitor assignment performance and address staffing issues proactively
- Participate in local job fairs and networking events to attract top talent
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings
