Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for part-time and temporary positions.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare candidate packets for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand staffing needs and provide feedback.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for temporary staff.
- Handle administrative tasks related to payroll and compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or recruitment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
