Responsibilities
- Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify top-tier candidates that match client requirements.
- Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates via LinkedIn and job boards.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Posting: Manage job postings across various platforms to ensure maximum visibility.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates to candidates regarding their application status.
- Market Research: Assist in researching salary benchmarks and industry trends for Philadelphia.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is highly desirable.
- Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport quickly and work effectively in a team setting.
