- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for part-time and contract roles, including scheduling interviews and coordinating background checks.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing tools, Boolean searches, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and provide strategic hiring advice.
- Update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and success rates.
- Conduct market research to identify new talent pools and stay ahead of industry trends in the Texas market.
Qualifications
