Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough phone screenings of potential candidates to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies and job descriptions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
- Assist with onboarding tasks and orientation for new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, recruitment, or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote tasks.
