Your Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with account managers to meet placement targets.
- Assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work a set part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for on-site client meetings is a plus.
