Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage and update candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for temporary and contract employees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
