Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified technical candidates for software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech forums
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives to build inclusive technical teams
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity and compliance
- Conduct technical phone screens and coordinate interview logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or software engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing 15+ technical roles quarterly
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and candidate engagement techniques
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Denver-based candidates preferred for occasional on-site collaboration
