Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and needs analysis
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and local networking
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in El Paso's growing economy
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS compliance documentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition with proven placement success
- Strong knowledge of El Paso's job market and industry-specific talent pools
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with high emotional intelligence
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Professional Recruiter Certification (CPC/SPHR) preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency highly valued
