Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-demand IT roles including Software Engineers, DevOps Specialists, and Data Scientists
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize hiring processes
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to provide strategic talent recommendations
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to build inclusive engineering teams
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS and provide weekly recruitment analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in high-volume IT placements
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent across multiple technologies
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical competencies
- Certified in recruitment technologies (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with agency/client-side recruitment models and contract-to-hire processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
- Deep network within Houston's tech community preferred
