Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Develop strategic partnerships with 50+ Fort Worth-area companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize processes
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency or corporate recruiting with DFW market experience
- Proven track record placing technical candidates
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong understanding of Fort Worth's business landscape
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume placements simultaneously
