Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers across Georgia's booming tech corridor
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for AI, cloud, and cybersecurity roles with 15+ clients
- Develop strategic sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on assessment criteria
- Build long-term candidate relationships through personalized engagement strategies
- Analyze market trends to position clients as top employers in competitive talent markets
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction rate through transparent communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or enterprise tech clients
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements annually in competitive markets
- Expert knowledge of Georgia's tech ecosystem (Atlanta, Savannah, Augusta)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever) and data-driven recruitment metrics
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate engineering skills across full stack, DevOps, and data science
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with executive stakeholders
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
