Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for technical roles across Illinois' thriving tech ecosystem
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach and networking
- Collaborate with clients to define hiring requirements and create compelling job narratives
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve time-to-hire
- Partner with marketing teams to develop employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record in Illinois market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS platforms
- Strong technical aptitude to assess candidates for engineering, data science, and product roles
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience with recruitment analytics and data-driven decision making
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
