Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles across software development, data science, and engineering
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital sourcing
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and technical assessments
- Collaborate with clients to refine job requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions

Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with Austin tech companies or staffing agencies
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech platforms
- Proven track record of closing senior-level technical roles (engineering, data, DevOps)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, Java, cloud technologies, ML/AI)
