Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for diverse part-time positions in retail, healthcare, administrative, and light industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses seeking flexible staffing solutions
- Manage candidate pipelines through our ATS system, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation
- Conduct market research to identify emerging job trends and talent needs in Tucson
- Coordinate interview logistics and facilitate seamless onboarding for placed candidates
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier part-time professionals
- Maintain compliance with Arizona labor regulations and agency policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in HR/Business preferred
- 1+ years of recruitment or customer service experience in a staffing environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
- Deep knowledge of Tucson's local job market and business landscape
