- Sourct and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions across diverse industries
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Market job opportunities through social media and professional networks
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and agency policies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Local knowledge of Virginia Beach job market
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
