Responsibilities
- Sourcet and screen qualified candidates for open positions across Wichita's key industries
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and job seekers
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and recruitment pipelines
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
- Collaborate with team to meet weekly placement and activity targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience or equivalent HR background
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in Wichita market
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-CP or CERP certification preferred
