Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipeline through ATS system and ensure timely placements
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates
- Facilitate onboarding process for new hires and client coordination
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Represent Tampa Bay Talent Partners at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of staffing/recruitment experience or HR coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Tampa Bay business landscape preferred
- Proven ability to meet recruitment KPIs and deadlines
