Responsibilities
- Sourcer and screen qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and part-time positions across DC's thriving business sectors
- Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments using behavioral interviewing techniques and skills validation
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Utilize advanced ATS tools to track metrics, optimize pipelines, and ensure timely placements
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles in government, tech, and professional services
- Maintain strict compliance with EEO guidelines and labor regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Proven success placing candidates in DC's competitive job market
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments
- Valid DC business license and professional certifications (SHRM-SCP, CTS preferred)
