Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles (IT, Engineering, Finance, etc.) using various methods including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track job orders.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms to close placements successfully.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarking insights to clients.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources preferred.
- Proven track record of filling open positions within a set timeframe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
