Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse client accounts.
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events to build talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process efficiently.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
