Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for diverse industries including Logistics, Healthcare, and Finance.
- Sourcing and screening candidates using Boolean search techniques and professional networks.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Negotiate salary, benefits, and start dates with both clients and candidates.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service (Staffing experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources is a plus.
