Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews for various industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent through networking, social media, and job boards.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Facilitate the interview process, negotiate offers, and ensure seamless onboarding for placed candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics and develop strategies to exceed monthly and quarterly placement goals.

Qualifications
