Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and staffing requirements.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and interview potential candidates through various channels to find the perfect match for client roles.
- Job Matching: Utilize our CRM software to match qualified candidates with open positions, ensuring a seamless placement process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to achieve team targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience in recruiting or staffing required. We value attitude and aptitude over specific history.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with diverse groups of people.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and eagerness to learn new CRM and communication tools.
