Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to source, screen, and hire technical talent for our client portfolio.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social networking, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future and immediate openings.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job specifications.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve sourcing efficiency and time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience in the staffing industry).
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or executive search.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, etc.).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and hiring targets.
