Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to source, screen, and hire technical talent for our client portfolio.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social networking, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future and immediate openings.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job specifications.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
  • Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve sourcing efficiency and time-to-hire.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience in the staffing industry).
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or executive search.
  • Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
