Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, and IT infrastructure roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Develop deep partnerships with Houston-area tech companies to understand hiring needs
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies to optimize time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate relationships and job requisitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with demonstrated success in tech staffing
- Expert knowledge of Houston's tech market and local talent ecosystem
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and sourcing tools
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates across programming languages and frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification a plus
