Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare IT, fintech, and professional services
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and needs assessment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding using our proprietary ATS platform
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding strategies
- Maintain 95%+ compliance with EEOC regulations and staffing industry standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs with documented success metrics
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation skills for compensation packages and contract terms
- Deep knowledge of San Antonio's job market and key industry players
- Professional Recruiter (CPC) or Staffing Certification (CSC) preferred
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment with 15+ weekly placements
