Responsibilities
- Sourcel, interview, and place candidates in temporary-to-permanent positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly placement and revenue targets
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and CRM tools to track candidate pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging job trends and talent pools
- Represent Apex Staffing Partners at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record meeting sales/revenue targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable
