Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates.
- Match qualified candidates with open positions based on skills and availability.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and temporary staff.
- Maintain and update candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Process weekly timesheets and verify payroll data for accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and employers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or recruiting is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
